nou si mai rapid software. Acesta va rezolva orice problema
legata de browser sau Java.

Informatiile prezentate mai jos va vor ajuta sa rezolvati cateva dintre
cele mai comune probleme care apar.Daca dupa ce ati citit aceste solutii
intampinati inca probleme de natura tehnica,va rugam contactati GCI la

Problema:
Cand dau comanda login pe Platforma de Tranzactionare apare urmatorul
mesaj de eroare: "No JDK 1.4 support for APPLET!!"
.
Solutia:
Acest sistem de tranzactionare necesita Java Runtime Environment ("JRE")
pentru a putea opera.Daca nu aveti JRE instalat pe computerul dvs.puteti
face download automat cand incercati sa accesati pagina de login, si
arata astfel:

Click "Install"
si faceti download la acest software.
Daca nu se
instaleaza automat,puteti recurge la instalarea manuala de la adresa:
www.bursaforex.ro/jre.exe
. Ca
alternativa puteti sa va accesati contul si sa efectuati tranzactii
utilizand
PC-based software, care nu necesita JRE. Acesta va rezolva orice
problema legata de browser sau Java. Download software aici

Problema:
Nu ma pot loga ICTS Windows-based software. Am nevoie de "Registration
Key".
Solutia:
"Registration key" este GCI, ca in imaginea de mai jos:

Problema:
Cand dau comanda login apare urmatorul mesaj de eroare: "Insufficient
privileges for this operation"
Solutia:
Contul dvs. demo a expirat(are mai mult de 30 zile),sau ati incercat sa
intrati din greseala in alt tip de cont.Asigurati-va ca intrati pe tipul
de cont pe care v-ati inregistrat.Daca contul demo a expirat puteti
deschide altul.

Problema:
Mesaj de eroare afisat:"Wrong login name or password".
Solutia:
Prima data verificati daca ati incercat login pe tipul de cont
corect.Apoi verificati daca ati tastat corect User Name si Password
exact asa cum le-ati primit in e-mailul de confirmare(tipul de
caractere).

Problema:
Cateva instrumente din meniu nu se deschid cand le selectez de pe
platforma de tranzactionare(Grafice,stiri,Manual de utilizare).
Solutia: Dezactivati
“pop-up blocker” (pe pagina web,in meniul de sus intrati pe “tools” apoi
“internet options” iar in fereastra ce se deschide deselectati jos
aceasta optiune. O alta varianta este sa apasati tasta "Ctrl" atunci
cand dati click pe aceste instrumente.

Problema:
Graficele ne se vad bine.
Solutia:
Asigurati-va ca ati facut download la Java 1.4. Daca nu puteti face
acest lucru asa cum v-am prezentat mai sus.De asemenea asigurati-va ca
ati selectat "Always" la intrebarea - whether or not to trust content
from ActForex.

Problema:
Mesaj de eroare: "Java.Lang.ClassNotFoundException:Hello.HelloApplet"
Solutia:
Ati pierdut temporar conexiunea internet la server,iar pagina ce
afiseaza mesajul se gaseste acum in “cache”.Sunt doua solutii: 1)
stergeti toate “ temporary internet files” (Tools, Internet Options,
Delete Files, Delete all offline content), inchideti toate browserele,
apoi redeschideti fereastra browserului si incercati iarasi.Ca sa fiti
mai siguri dati un restart la computer. 2) Login folosind
windows-based Software, care poate fi downloadat
here. Acest soft nu foloseste Java si nu va afisa astfel de erori.

Problema:
Java nu poate fi downloadat, mesaj de eroare: "file is corrupt" /
Download stalls and must be cancelled.
Solutia:
Acest lucru poate fi cauzat de faptul ca mai multi useri acceseaza
fisierul in acelasi timp.Incercati sa faceti download de la adresa
www.bursaforex.ro/jre.exe. Alegeti "Run this program from its
current location" si raspundeti "Yes" si "Next" .Puteti salva pe
computer acest program.

Problema:
Fereastra browserului se inchide cand accesez login sau software
download is attempted.
Solutia:
Dati click pe "Start" buton si selectati "Windows Update" (aceasta va va
duce la
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com) si apoi "Product Updates".
Download orice "Critical Updates" de pe pagina de web a
Microsoft. Asigurati-va ca utilizati Internet Explorer 5.5 sau o
varianta mai buna,pe care o puteti gasi aici:

Problema:
Sistemul trebuie sa foloseasca un Firewall.
Solutia:
Cele mai multe institutii folosesc “firewalls”, deci daca utilizati
platforma de la o locatie a unei institutii si nu functioneaza(nu puteti
accesa pagini relevante),administratorul dvs.de retea va trebui sa
deschida urmatoarele porturi:
To
access Standard and Mini, Demo sau Live trading: port 8100 must be
opened
To access Live Back office reports: ports 9101 must be opened
To access Demo Back office reports: ports 8802 and 9000 must be opened
To access GCI Live charts: port 8805 must be opened
To access Demo Registration: port 9001 must be opened

Problema:
Dupa ce ati instalat softul si v-ati logat,apar numeroase erori de
conectare sau blocari ale platformei.
Solutia:
Click pe "Start" buton si apoi selectati "Settings" apoi "Control
Panel". Duble click pe "Add/Remove programs". Remove orice Java 1.2
sau 1.3 plugins,ce vor apare in lista. Re-instalati programul de la
adresa:
www.bursaforex.ro/jre.exe.

Additional Tips:
1.
Downloading critical windows updates can resolve many problems, both
with the GCI system and with Windows in general. Click on your "Start"
button and select "Windows Update" (this will take you to
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com) and then "Product Updates".
Download any "Critical Updates" from the Microsoft web page.
2.
If you
are using or have used other trading or banking software that is Java
based, you may have an outdated Java plugin that is conflicting with the
GCI software. Click on your "Start" button and select "Settings" and
then "Control Panel". Double click on "Add/Remove programs". Remove
any Java 1.2 or 1.3 plugins, which will be listed alphabetically.
Re-install the updated Java plugin from
www.gcitrading.com/jre.exe.

AOL
users:
AOL users can effectively use the GCI trading platform as follows: After
downloading the Java runtime environment, we recommend that you (1)
establish your connection to the internet with AOL, but then (2) login
to the GCI platform using our PC-based program ("Trader JVA") which can
be downloaded from
www.gcitrading.com/livedownload.htm
and is accessed from your desktop.
4.
MAC
OS users:
Mac Users will need to purchase and install Windows emulation software
in order to use the GCI trading system. Please see
http://www.apple.com/macosx/applications/virtualpc/ - purchase price
is approximately $240.00. Then just open a live account with GCI, trade
at least 20 lots round turn (or 200 mini lots), and we will credit the
purchase price of the software to your trading account. You'll always
have the windows emulation software on your Mac, which you can use to
run other windows based applications if desired.
